1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Personalized or custom-made items, including robes, pajama sets, and eye masks with custom embroidery or vinyl, cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
